  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, Visa/MasterCard, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfers.

  2. Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only offer local shipping within Pakistan.

  3. How much is the shipping fee?
    We charge a flat rate of PKR 250 per product for local shipping.

  4. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

  5. Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.

  7. Can I change my order after it’s placed?
    If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

    Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

    Yes, we ensure that all products listed on EmporiumHive.com are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.

  10. How do I know if a product is in stock?
    Product availability is updated regularly on our website. If an item is out of stock, you will see a “Out of Stock” notice on the product page.

  11. Can I return a product?
    Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

  13. Will I be refunded for the return shipping cost?
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we will consider this in the future based on customer demand.

  15. Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
    Only one discount code can be applied per order.
